Embrace the New Year Without Losing the Will to Live
I've purposefully left it until the middle of the month to acknowledge the new year and all the pressure that comes with it, because I know your inboxes will have been bursting at the seams full of emails promising great deals, offers, new-year-new-you crap.

Hello my lovelies!
I've purposefully left it until the middle of the month to acknowledge the new year and all the pressure that comes with it, because I know your inboxes will have been bursting at the seams full of emails promising great deals, offers, new-year-new-you crap.
This is not one of those emails. I am here to tell you that if you've not kept up with a resolution you set, that's ok. If your dry January is already wet January, that's OK. If your diet will start AGAIN on Monday, that is also OK. Or you didn't do all the things over the holidays that you said you would do, pfffft, no one did, and if they said they did, they are definitely lying.
